I am a small top bar hive beekeeper.  This is a very Natural way of keeping bees.  The bees build their own comb.  I do not use any pesticides in my hives or in my yard.  When I harvest the honey I cut the comb from the top bar and smash it by hand.  This is very time consuming.  The honey is raw never heated, filtered or changed in any way.
