I am a small Top Bar Hive Beekeeper located in Miami, Florida. My honey bees are raised naturally and allowed to forage in my organic garden. Top Bar Hive beekeeping is a non traditional method of beekeeping. The bees produce their own honeycomb. When honey is harvested it is done the old fashion way by crushing and straining.
Although my honey is not certified organic, I use organic practices in my beehives. No chemicals, pesticides, medicine, or treatments take place in my yard or in my hives.
Since I used the crush and strain method to harvest my honey, it may contain particles and pollen. My honey is very unrefined and raw, a beautiful amber color and simply delicious!
I decided to bottle some of my raw delicious honey in these special Muth Bottles. These will make a lovely holiday gift, combine it with some of my Natural soap. If you live locally I will refill your bottle at anytime for the usual cost of my 8oz jars of honey. As long as I have honey available.
